Our Chickens!
We moved to our beautiful piece of land and decided to get some chickens! This started our adventure in learning to be chicken tenders! I never knew there was a difference between store-bought eggs and fresh ones. Now I know there is a huge difference. I will never purchase store eggs again. We lost 2 of our flock so far. Maurice, Chicken Little, Eggs Benedict & Uncle Grandpa remain! Love and Muriel will be very missed!
Creating Handmade Goods
For many years I have loved crafting. Making unique one of a kind items is my jam. I love to make candles, soap, bath soaks, crochet items, and anything else that strikes my fancy. Some things will be one of a kind and others will be made as often as I can. That is the fun of creating these items. You may purchase something no one else will ever have!
My Family
This is where the chaos begins! We have a large blended family and there is always something going on and very little silence. This is why the shop can sometimes have many new things, and then other times not much at all. We recently welcomed our newest member to the family who is currently 6 months old. There are five others that range from 18 to 8 years old! It keeps me young and happy. It also keeps the chickens highly entertained.
